Our Major Agents module is fully integrated with eNotices. All notices sent to major agents are available in both eNotices and Bill Archive.
Simple setup process
All you need to do is add a major agent code to your data file, and any notices with that code will be automatically grouped and sent together. When processing your notices, major agent codes will be checked first, ensuring all accounts are sent in bulk.
Meet the needs of your agents
Included as part of the module is an information pack to send out to your largest customers. These packs include a questionnaire determining interest in electronic delivery, and collecting information to set them up for eNotices. Once set up, the agent will receive just one email with all their notices attached.

Instead of receiving bulk mail or hundreds of individual emails, they will receive just one email with a 7ZIP file containing all notices. Agents can then log in to eNotices and view and download notices into their own system.

Self-service portal
Major Agents have access to the eNotices portal, where they can view and download copies of notices. They also have access to all historical notices as well. This portal saves hours of customer service teams time, as they no longer need to contact council to ask for these copies. Major Agents also have the option to pay their notices in bulk through the eNotices Payments module.
