Print small runs quickly and easily in the same format as main notices
Bill Print allows councils to quickly produce small runs of notices when required. These notices look exactly the same as standard notice delivery, and include eNotices reference numbers and payment options. Our Bill Print product also includes the New Owner Letter, which allows councils to make contact with new property owners, providing them with their eNotices reference number, and allowing them to sign up for email delivery quickly and easily.

Easy to produce small runs
Bill Print is accessible from the eNotices Dashboard, and allows you to quickly produce small, ad hoc runs of notices. These notices look the exact same as ratepayers would receive during a standard run, and include an eNotices reference number and any payment information. All required training on the Bill Print system is provided by Forms Express.
New owner letter
Included with the Bill Print product is a template for a new owner letter. The new owner letter allows you to make contact with new property owners quickly, and gives them an opportunity to sign up to eNotices before they receive their first notice. This helps you maximise your electronic registrations and save postage costs.

The eNotices platform, including Bill Print, is hosted on Forms Express’ infrastructure, which is ISO27001:2013 and ISO29001:2015 compliant. The safety and security of your data and your customers data is of upmost importance to us.
