Bill Archive is an online archiving system, meaning it is accessible from anywhere. Notices can be searched, edited, and resent to the customer quickly and easily. All edits are captured within the system, including who made the changes and when.
Easy editing tools
Notices can be edited cleanly, without producing errors to barcodes or payment information. Editing functions can also be restricted by user and field. All emails are also fully editable, and allow for elements such as hyperlinks, images, and other information to be included in the template.
